Confused About Finding the "Right" Foods?

Have you been told to eat whatever you want by one person and told not to eat certain foods from someone else?

Are you tired of being overwhelmed by all of the mixed messages you’re getting? Let’s get to the root of the issues and help you feel confident about your choices through understanding the science and research.

What is Integrative Nutrition?

Integrative nutrition takes the entire person into consideration. It doesn't just address the symptoms but gets to the root cause through whole foods and other lifestyle approaches. It also acknowledges your own unique history and relationship with food.

Working with an integrative provider includes a combination of questionnaires, labs, physical assessment and an extensive intake appointment to bring together a complete picture. This is followed by recommendations and education to meet your goals.

Testimonials

“Food, cooking, and nutrition have never really been important to me despite my excessive weight and poor family history. That all changed shortly after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I was reluctant to work with a nutritionist but was pleasantly surprised by Gretchen’s approach and demeanor. Gretchen does a great job of recommending trade-offs or food alternatives that are a stretch but are still attainable.

She has taken the time to not only recommend meals but also has gone the extra mile to provide cooking instructions ;) I was recently with people I had not seen for awhile and they were all surprised by how much more diverse and healthy my diet has become. I love the health benefits of my new lifestyle and so does my doctor. I am extremely grateful for Gretchen and know she would be of great support to anyone truly looking to improve their health.”
